This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 08.11.2019 issued by the District Magistrate, District Sitapur/opposite party No.2, contained in Annexure No.5 to the writ petition,
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous . Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner(s) to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
