This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-
" (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties and directing specially the opposite parties No.2 and 3 to ensure the security of life and property of the petitioner from the opposite parties No.4 to 6 on the basis of F.I.R. lodged against them in Case Crime No.1316 of 2019, under Section 147, 447, 504, 427 IPC, PS Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, in the interest of justice;
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties and directing specially the opposite party No.3 to make fair investigation in the afore-mentioned case lodged against the opposite parties No.5 and 6, in the interest of justice;
(iii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties and directing specially the opposite party No.2 to take strict action against the opposite party No.4 as well as opposite parties No.5 and 6 for selling illegally the remaining land of 4000 Sq.ft. of the petitioner as well as destroying the boundary wall of his land and illegally trying to get the possession on his land "
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
