This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party nos.1 and 2 to interfere in the matter and direct the opposite party no.3 to recover the minor 12 years old girl Rufia Bano of the petitioner and also to investigate Case Crime No.117 of 2019, under Section 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Indira Nagar, District Lucknow; with a further prayer to direct the opposite party no.3 to interrogate the accused persons; with a further prayer to protect the life of petitioner till the investigation is completed.
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
