This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :-
"(i.) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the o.p. no. 1 and 2 to ensure fair and speedy investigation of FIR/Case Crime No. 0030 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Malhipur, District Shrawasti, which is not being done by the o.p. no. 3 by transferring it to some other police station or agency.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the o.p. no. 1 to 3 to protect the personal life and liberty of the petitioner. "
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
