This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report in Case Crime No.0543 of 2020, under Setion 366 IPC, Police Station Maudarwaja, District Farrukhabad on the ground that victim and petitioner no.1 are major and have solemnized marriage.
Learned A.G.A. states that upon conclusion of investigation a closure report has already been prepared and sent to the higher authorities.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents we do not find any good ground to examine the prayer made in the writ petition since closure report has already been submitted in the matter.
Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
