Prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the investigating agency to expedite the investigation of Case Crime No.0510 of 2021, under Section 147, 149, 149, 323, 504, 436, 307 IPC, Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi. It is stated that subsequently section 302 IPC has also been added after the death of petitioner's father in the incident.
Learned A.G.A. points out that two of the accused persons have been arrested and other three accused persons have been surrendered and that the investigation is also stated to have substantially concluded by submitting charge sheet.
In view of the above, there appears to be no good ground to interfere in the matter. Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
