Hon'ble Rajiv Gupta,J.
C.J.M, Budaun, vide his letter dated 21.6.2021, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Ram Veer had already expired about five years back. In verification of his death, statement of Somveer and Jaiveer, real brothers of the deceased has been recorded. Death Certificate issued by Pradhan also also been annexed. Police report by S.I. Rajneesh, P.S. Ujhani, DistrictBudaun has also been annexed.
In view of the above since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
