At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant has made a statement at the bar that sole appellant Babbu had expired on 14.04.2022 and as such, present criminal appeal be dismissed.
In view of the above, since the sole appellant had already expired, instant criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
