C.J.M, Agra, vide his letter dated 26.5.2021, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Rajoo @ Chhote Lal had already expired about 18-20 years back. In verification of his death, statement of Hari Babu, real brother of the deceased and Abhishek Sharma, Pradhan of the village has been recorded. Police Report by S.I. Sher Singh, P.S. Basai Arela, DistrictAgra has also been annexed.
In view of the above since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
