In compliance of order dated 03.03.2021, passed in Criminal Appeal No. 5361 of 2003 (Pankaj Rai and another vs. State of U.P.), the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor, has submitted its report dated 14.09.2021 stating therein that sole appellant Pirthi Singh has died.
In view of the above, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
Registry is directed to transmit this order to C.J.M. concerned, who in turn shall communicate the same to the complainant/informant.
