Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Perusal of the record reveals that this Transfer Application was listed on 8.03.2022 and notices were directed to be issued to O.P. Nos. 2 to 6 but applicant did not take steps. This case was again listed on 21.02.2022, 14.03.2022 and on 18.04.2022 but yet applicant did not take steps.
It appears that applicant is not interested in prosecution of this Transfer Application.
In view of the above, this Transfer Application deserves to be dismissed for want of prosecution.
Accordingly, this Transfer Application is dismissed.
