Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the opposite party.
It is stated that judgment of this Court dated 18.01.2021 passed in Writ-C No.26166 of 2020 has been complied with which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In this respect, a compliance affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order dated 11.04.2022 passed by the opposite party deciding the case of the applicants.
However, if the applicants are aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned, they may avail remedy available to them in law.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
