Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
It is stated that judgment of this Court dated 21.09.2021 passed in Writ-A No.12556 of 2021 has been complied with which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In this respect, a compliance affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order dated 30.04.2022 passed by opposite party deciding the representation of the applicant.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
However, if applicant finds that the order Writ Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit, he is at liberty to file recall application.
