It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have an apprehension that they may be arrested in the abovementioned case, whereas, there is no credible evidence against them. The first information report was lodged against applicants alleging that on 24.09.2017 applicant no.1 Rajeev has enticed away the minor daughter of informant and that other accused persons were also involved in the incident. Learned counsel has referred the statement of victim, recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., wherein she has stated that she has gone with applicant with her own free will and she has married with applicant no.1 Rajeev through Court. Similarly in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has merely stated that she has married with applicant no.1 Rajeev with her own free will and she is a major girl and she wants to live with her husband.
