It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant has lodged the first information report of this case alleging that on 13.02.2022 the applicant has enticed away his minor daughter. The alleged incident has been shown of 13.02.2022 and first information report has been lodged after five days on 18.02.2022. Learned counsel further submitted that as per ossification test, the age of victim girl has been shown 18 years and that in her statement, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she herself has stated her age as 24 years and same age was shown in her 'Aadhar Card' and thus, the alleged date of birth shown in 8th class certificate, is not reliable. It has been pointed out that in her statement, recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C., victim has clearly stated that she was having affair with applicant and she has gone with him at her own free will and they have married with each other. She is having pregnancy of two months. Learned counsel submitted that in view of statement and age of victim, no case is made out against the applicant. Lastly, it was submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 23.03.2022, having no criminal history and that in case the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in
