This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to reconstruct the file relating to Case No.523 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No.0581 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Maniyar, District Ballia.
It is submitted that application has been moved before the District & Sessions Judge, Ballia on 14.01.2022 that file relating to Case Crime No.581 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Maniyar, District Ballia relating to Case No.523 of 2016, has been burned in short circuit in the year 2018. File is not reconstructed as yet.
Thus, this application is disposed of with a direction that learned District & Sessions Judge, Ballia should make an endeavor to reconstruct the said file within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
