Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vinod Kant Srivastava, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri Vibhav Anand Singh, learned A.G.A for the State and also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Karchhana, Prayagraj to implement its own judicial order dated 16.07.2018 passed in Case No.4/15/17/19/19/2013/2014 (Computerized Case No.T2009023542) (State vs. Phool Chandra and others), under Section 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station Karchhana, District Prayagraj.
Impugned order passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate on 16.07.2018 against which revision has been filed by the applicant, which has been decided by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Allahabad on 26.11.2021, by which impugned order dated 16.07.2018 is affirmed.
Keeping in mind, the entire facts and circumstances, this Court does not find any good ground to issue any direction to the court concerned under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction that applicant may move proper application before the SubDivisional Magistrate, Karchhana, Prayagraj for implementation of the order dated 16.07.2018.
