Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court below ( Additional Principal Judge-V, Ghaziabad) to decide the Case No. 224 of 2019 (Baby Dhwani Sharma Vs. Rahul Sharma), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.Sihanigate, District- Ghaziabad expeditiously.

It has been contended by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The matter relates to the year 2019.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to court below to consider and decide the the Case No. 224 of 2019 (Baby Dhwani Sharma Vs. Rahul Sharma), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Sihanigate, District- Ghaziabad, strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of .
