This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a direction and directing the Civil Judge, Junio Division, Mathura, direct the Family Court, Mathura, decide the Original Suit No. 842 of 2016 (Daulatram Vs. Syamsundar & Others) within stipulated period of time.
The suit is of the year 2016. This Court directs the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mathura and Family Court, Mathura to give it top priority and decide the same after hearing all the parties as per the provisions of Civil Procedure Code preferably not later than September, 2023.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
As no adverse orders to the respondents are passed, their presence are not necessary.
