By consent of both the parties and their advocates, both the matters are heard finally.
Both these petitions arise out Original Suit No. 128 of 2022 (Smt. Maya Devi versus Govindram Goswami and others) pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division) Chhata, Mathura.
Interim injunction application filed by the respondent is pending before the Court below. It relates to some temple properties. Be that as it may, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the learned Judge will take up all the interim applications and after the pleadings are over decide the same as expeditiously as possible, not later than 31.12.2022. This Court expect that the counsels would not take unnecessary adjournments in the matter.
Meanwhile, if the parties wish to go for alternative dispute resolution mechanism that period may be excluded from the period fixed above to decide the interim applications.
In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed of.
