Heard Sri Prem Chandra Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner. This matter has been placed before this Bench by the order of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue an order or direction to direct the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jaunpur to expeditiously decide 6C application as well as Original Suit No.627 of 2015 (Smt. Santra Devi v. Udairaj and others) pending before it within stipulated time.
The suit is of the year 2015. This Court directs the Court concerned to give it top priority and decide the 6 C Application, pending in the above suit, after hearing all the parties as per the provisions of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 as expeditiously as possible, not later than 31.3.2023.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
As no adverse orders to the respondents are passed, their presence are not necessary.
