Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Court below i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to hear and decide the Case No. 94 of 2015 (Neesha Devi vs. Shri Ram), within stipulated period."
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In case adjournment is granted, Court shall record the reason for the same.
