The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been registered on the letter petition in compliance of the Court's order dated 01.04.2022.
Counter affidavit filed by the State is taken on record.
It has been pointed out by learned A.G.A. that a First Information Report was registered against Shivam Trivedi who is brother-in-law of the petitioner- Gulab ChandraPandey, being Case Crime No.161 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366 of I.P.C., Police Station Para, District Lucknow. He further submitted that during the course of investigation on 31.03.2022, petitioner-Gulab Chandra Pandey was called for interrogation with regard to abducted girl and other named accused, where he came alongwith his brother Subhash and the entry to this effect has been duly made in the G.D. Thereafter he returned back with his brother Subhash and he has not been detained by the concerned police station, as such the matter requires no further consideration.
Accordingly, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Let the present case be consigned to record.
