The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been registered on the letter petition in compliance of the Court's order dated 09.12.2022.
Learned A.G.A. has produced the instructions from the concerned police station.
As per the aforesaid instructions, it has been stated that the petitioner Abdul Shubhan son of Kamil Khan is wanted in Case Crime No. 580 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 376, 420, and 506 of I.P.C., which was registered against him on 07.12.2022 and in pursuance of the same he was arrested on 10.12.2022 and as on date he is in judicial custody and he has not been detained by the concerned police station.
In view of the above, there requires no further consideration in the matter and the petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
