Heard Sri Amol Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Amit Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the representation of applicant has already been decided on 11.8.2022, now all the payments have been paid to the applicant, therefore, present contempt application has lost its efficacy.
Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned counsel for the respondent and going through the order dated 11.8.2012 passed on representation of the applicant, the present contempt application lost its efficacy and has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
However, it is open to the applicant that in case he is having any grievance, he may take appropriate remedy available to him.
