Shri Vinayak Saxena, learned Standing Counsel, while placing the instructions duly signed by Mr. Saumya Mishra, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, Pratapgarh dated 14.11.2022, informs that the order of the writ Court has already been complied with and the election petition has been decided vide order dated 10.11.2022. It is, thus, submitted that the application has lost its efÏcacy and may be dismissed.
Considering the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel and going through the order dated 10.11.2022, the application stands dismissed as infructuous.
