Shri Sunil Bajpayee, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, while filing afÏdavit of compliance, submits that respondent has passed fresh order on 7th November, 2022 and the order of the writ Court has already been complied with. It is further submitted that all the payment shall be made to the applicant.
Considering the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel and going through the order dated 07.11.2022, the application stands disposed of.
