In pursuance of the order dated 27.09.2022, the revisionist, Soney Lal Verma is present before this Court and duly identified by his counsel.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the present revision is filed for enhancement of punishment. However, since the accused-respondent no. 1 died on 13.09.2011, this revision has lost its efÏcacy.
In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the accused-respondent no. 1 died, the revision stands dismissed.
