The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been registered on the letter petition in compliance of the Court's order dated 16.07.2022.
Instructions received by learned A.G.A. from the concerned police station is taken on record.
It has been pointed out by learned A.G.A. that the grievance raised in this letter petition is in respect of illegal disappearance of informant's son from District Gonda.
Learned A.G.A. on the basis of the instructions received from the concerned police station, has stated that the petitioner herself stated that earlier due to some confusion she had stated that her son has been taken by the police officials. However, later on she stated that her son Salman Khan went to Mumbai with his sister two months ago and he has not been detained by the any Police Officials of the concerned police station, as such the matter requires no further consideration.
