The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner for the following relief:-
"(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 27.12.2019 moved by the petitioner within stipulated period."
The aforesaid prayer has not been objected by learned counsel for the respondents.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 District Magistrate, Kasganj and District Excise Officer, Kasganj to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along-with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
