Heard Rafeef Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Narendra Kumar Dwivedi, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents.

The present petition has been preferred by the petitioners for the following relief:-

"(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos.2 to decide the application dated 28.09.2020 for increasing the load from 3 H.P. to 5 H.P. in connection No. At 50229775436 ( TC 1535 ) 3 H.P."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that for redressal of his grievances the petitioner has already represented to the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 28.09.2020 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

The aforesaid prayer has not been objected by learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with the consent, the writ petition is disposed of asking the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order, but certainly after according opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders in the matter.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a

declaration of such verification in writing.
