On the earlier occasion also learned counsel for the petitioner had not appeared. Today when the matter was called out, learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha is present.
From perusal of the record, it transpires that petitioner prayed quashing of the notice dated 01.11.2017 issued under Section 67 (2) and 67 (5) of U.P. Revenue Code by the respondent no. 3.
This writ petition has been filed with a delay of 1124 days. No explanation has been averred in the writ petition as to why petitioner has approached this Court at such a belated stage. Moreover, petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing of reply to the notice before the authority concerned. No ground is made out for interference by this Court.
Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
