Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed, inter alia, with the prayer that a direction be issued to the Respondent No. 2/Tehsildar (Judicial) TehsilShahganj, Jaunpur where the Case No. 03925/2020 (T-202014360103925 (Saroj Soni Vs. Ram Pragat), under Section 35 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 is pending to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Vide order dated 28.6.2021, this Court had granted time to the learned counsel for the respondents to file a reply to which Standing Counsel says that the matter was fixed for 1.7.2021, however, the same could not be decided.
Considering the limited submission made, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction upon the Respondent No. 2 to decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
