The present petition has been filed for the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 (District Magistrate, Jaunpur) to decide the case no. D 2019 14360000608 of 2019 (Udayraj and others Vs. LMC and others) filed under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, Village Pauni, Pargana and Tehsil Kerakat, District Jaunpur, pending before him within stipulated period which may fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that the next date fixed for hearing in the case is 4.8.2021.
Considering the limited prayer and the statement of the learned Standing Counsel, the present petition is disposed off with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to decide the case no. D 2019 14360000608 of 2019 (Udayraj and others Vs. LMC and others), as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2.
The petition is disposed off in terms of the said order.
