The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Case No. T2017143658041446 (Kamlesh and Others vs. State of U.P. and Others) under Section 229B/144 of the of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that issues have been framed in this case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. T2017143658041446 (Kamlesh and Others vs. State of U.P. and Others) under Section 229B/144 of the of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of 8 months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
