Under such circumstances, no orders can be passed for handing over the possession to the petitioner.
However, it is provided that as and when the Civil Suit is decided, the petitioner may pursue the application under Section 24(2)(b) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
