The affidavit filed by the respondent no.4-Nagar Palika Parishad be kept on record.
A patta granted by the State in the year 1996-97 when was cancelled by an order dated 18.11.2019 was challenged by means of a Revision being Revision No.00857/2020 (Computerised No.C-202011000000857). The grievance of the petitioners is that while the Revision was being entertained, no interim order was passed to protect the possession of the petitioners.
In the affidavit filed by the Nagar Palika Parishad, details of various litigations and various orders which had not been disclosed in the instant writ petition have been brought on record.
Be that as it may, this writ petition since has been filed with a grievance that no interim order was granted while the Revision was entertained, the question with regard to disclosure of various orders would not be looked into in the present writ petition.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision itself be decided within a period of two months from the date of
presentation of a copy of this order which shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioners. For a period of two months, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
