The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that initially a lease was granted in favour of the father of the petitioner of Gata No. 914M for an area 0.24 hectare of land, however, on a complaint made, the lease was granted was cancelled by means of an order dated 22.7.2001. Aggrieved against the said order dated 22.7.2001, a revision was preferred by the petitioner being Revision No. 554 of 2014, which was decided in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 19.5.2015 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition).
The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that despite the revision being decided in favour of the petitioner, the possession of the property in question is not being given to the petitioner despite requests and reminders. One such representation is already on record as Annexure No. 3.
Considering the fact that the possession is to be granted by the Respondent No. 5, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall approach the Respondent No. 5 by filing a fresh application along with a copy of the writ petition disclosing the entire facts and in
the event there is no legal impediment, the Respondent No. 5 shall take steps as may be necessary in accordance with law. In case there is an impediment, the same shall be recorded while disposing off the said application.
The writ petition is disposed off in terms of the said order.
