Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Chandrika Prasad, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Petitioner has come up before this Court inter-alia with following reliefs:-
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the respondent no.2 may take a final call on the application/reminder dated 08.10.2018 moved by the petitioner, which is appended as Annexure 4 to the writ petition.
Shri Chandrika Prasad, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel submit that in case the aforesaid representation is still pending, the same would be decided at the earliest.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending for consideration.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of asking the Competent Authority/respondent no.2 to take a final call on
the aforesaid application of petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after providing ample opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders in the matter.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
