Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondent.

Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to take necessary action in respect to provide the amount of subsidy for which he is entitled under the scheme known as "Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization for In-Citoo Management of Craft Residue" financial year 201819.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has lastly moved a representation before the third respondent on 16.1.2020, which is pending consideration.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel very fairly that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the competent authority ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today and in case any such representation is being preferred definitely the same would be looked into, examined and remedied strictly in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
