This matter has been listed before this Court by the order of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding, directing to the respondent no.1 to decide the matter and to pay the entire pending dues of approved bills amounts of petitioner against the respective allotted work/Quotation/Tender in favour of petitioner by the respondent no.4 and 5 i.e. Executive Officer Nagar Palika Parishad Shikohabad District Firozabad & Chairman with bank interest within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction inn the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents no.1, 4 & 5 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 25.09.2021 (Annexure No.5 to this writ petition) and pay the entire pending dues as deem to be fit by this Hon'ble Court.

(iii) Issue any suitable order or direction to the petition which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter at this stage.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to aforesaid prayers are granted.

After considering the facts and submissions, without going into the merits of the matter, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 25.09.2021 under the provisions of law on or before 31st December, 2021

With these observations, this petition is partly allowed .
