The matter has been listed before this Court by the order of Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 2.9.2021 passed by respondent no.4.
Sri Tripathi appearing for respondent no.4 makes a statement that despite notice, no reply is given by the petitioner, to which the petitioner shall file reply within 4 weeks.
The said notice shall not be acted upon till the decision is taken.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
