Petitioner is before this Court with a request to issue a mandamus directing the respondent authority to conduct the enquiry against the respondent no. 5 regarding embezzlement of amount withdrawn showing the expenditure in the National Cadet Core (training) for the year 2018-19.
After the matter has been heard at some length and the Court has proceeded to indicate his mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that he does not intend to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to seek appropriate remedy as available in law.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
