Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction commanding the respondent authorities to pay the petitioners' compensation on the circle rate of Rs.62 lacs of Arazi no.31 area 0.1042 hectare out of 0.1540 hectare situated at Village Kol (Unwal), Tehsil Khajani, District Gorakhpur.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case petitioner approaches the competent authority definitely his grievance would be redressed at the earliest.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, on consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case petitioner moves a fresh application before the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur within ten days period from today, this Court hopes and trust that the District Magistrate would proceed in the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
