Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondents to permit the petitioners to complete the construction of Panchayat Bhawan in Plot No. 67 area 0.1260 hectare of the village Chamrupur @ Veerganj, Pargana Sikandra, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. Further request has been made to direct the respondents not to shift the Panchayat Bhawan of Gram Panchayat Bharehta from plot no. 67 of village Chamrupur @ Veerganj, Pargana Sikandra, Tehsil Phoolpur, Prayagraj to plot no. 257 area 0.1710 hectare of village Bharehta, Pargana Sikandra, Tehsil Phoolpur, Prayagraj. It has also been prayed that a direction may be issued to District Magistrate Prayagraj to consider and decide the representation dated 18.9.2020 moved by the petitioner no. 2.
At the very outset, Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions apprised to the Court that so far as the grievance of the petitioners, the same has already been redressed by the competent authority vide order dated 13.9.2020 wherein the permission has been accorded for construction of Panchayat Bhawan over plot no. 257 area 0.1710 hectare of village Bharehta, Pangana Sikandra, Tehsil Phoolpur, Prayagraj.
Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid.
