Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing respondents,1,2,3 and 4.
Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 7.1.2021, passed by respondent-2, District Magistrate, Jaunpur.
Record shows that feeling aggrieved by certain irregularity/illegality committed by officials in the grant of lease, petitioner made certain complaints. As complaints made by petitioner was not redressed, he approached this Court by means of Writ C No. 19661 of 2019, which came to be disposed of vide order dated 2.7.2009. Pursuant to above order dated 2.7.2009, Respondent-2 District Magistrate, considered the representation filed by petitioner. Respondent-2 District Magistrate, has recorded specific findings in the order dated 7.1.2021 that no illegality or irregularity could be be established in the allotment of lease. On the aforesaid premise, representation filed by petitioner was disposed of.
Learned counsel for petitioner has raised various submissions in challenge to the order dated 7.1.2021. However, he could not dislodge the finding recorded by respondent-2 that no illegality or irregularity exists in the allotment so made. It is well settled that if the findings could not be dislodged, then conclusion cannot be altered.
In view of above, this Court does not find any good ground to entertain this writ petition.
Writ petition thus fails and is liable to be dismissed.
It is accordingly dismissed.
