At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition as there are certain inherent mistakes in the same. He, therefore, submits that present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel representing respondents-1 and 2.
In view of above, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
