The present writ petition has been preferred assailing the validity of order dated 19.02.2020 passed by respondent no.3, whereby, the respondent authorities have refused to provide certified copy of the registered will deed dated 01.02.1999 mentioned at Bahi no.3 C.R.C. Register kept in the office of Sub-Registrar.
After hearing the parties at length and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, once the Court has indicated its mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition and as such, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Request made is accepted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed .
