The only prayer made in this writ petition is to command third respondent i.e. Waqf Board to dispose of petitioner's pending application dated 06.03.2020 for appointment of Mutwalli under section 63 of the Waqf Act, 1995.

In the facts and circumstances, we dispose off the present writ petition with a direction upon third respondent to ensure that aforesaid proceedings are concluded within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
