Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh for the respondents. Learned Standing Counsel has appeared for the State authorities.

Grievance raised in the present writ petition is similar to the grievance raised in Writ Petition No.4830 of 2019, which has been disposed off by a separate order of the date. Operative portion of the said order is reproduced hereinafter:-

"In the facts of the case, we provide that members of petitioner's association may make their independent application in the format prescribed under the Act of 2014 and rules framed thereunder, and in the event such applications are presented by them the competent authority under the Act shall examine it and pass necessary orders, as is contemplated in law, expeditiously.

With the observations made above, this writ petition stands disposed off."

It is stated that all eight petitioners have moved application before the competent authority, but such claim has not been examined, so far.

In the facts of the case also all petitioners are permitted to move proper application in the prescribed format under the Act of 2014 read with Rules of 2017 and such applications shall be examined and necessary orders as per law would be passed by the competent authority, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.

With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
